Everyone who have experienced pain in the back, joints or legs at least once in their life, knows how unpleasant it is and how much it hurts. You can certainly get rid of the pain with various medicines and sprays, but in this article we will present to you a completely natural and homemade remedy which is also highly helpful.
This homemade and extremely effective remedy is based on gelatin which contains many amino acids, such as hidrosoprolin and proline. They are both very helpful in the process of recovering of the connective tissues. Gelatin also makes the joins and heart muscles stronger and improves the skin health and metabolism.
You will need:
- 60 gr of water
- 150 gr of edible gelatin
Combine 2 tablespoons of gelatin with ¼ of the cold water. Keep the mixture refrigerated over the night.
Instructions for use:
Consume the mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Optionally, you can add some honey, maple syrup, yoghurt or more water for better taste. In just one week you will feel the positive results. Nevertheless, you can feel free to drink the mixture in a period of one month, after which you will have to make a pause of six months and continue again. This mixture will enable lubrication of your joints and will lower the pain.
